Singers Night
Local folk performers and visitors entertain on an evening before Valentines Day so performers are encouraged to play a romantic song or tune. Expect a wide range of styles but hopefully the romantic song choice will be a constant theme of the evening. Singers Nights are always popular so come along to perform or simply to listen to the music on offer.
There will be no door charge tonight just a collection to cover the cost of hiring the hall.

Silmor are a talented five piece folk band. Silmor enjoy playing Folk, Americana, and original songs and tunes. You can expect to hear foot tapping reels, jigs, polkas, and waltzes performed by this Suffolk based folk band. Silmor have gained a reputation for playing lively songs and tunes, which are always well received when they perform one of their brilliant gigs in folk clubs, village halls and traditional pub settings. Whether it’s Celtic tunes, folk rock or Americana the audience are never disappointed as they get into the foot-tapping grove generated by this traditional folk music band. Yes Silmor demonstrate their musicianship as they skilfully play a wide range of musical instruments.
The Waveney Folk Club looks forward to the return of Silmor on the 27th February.
